Margo Berman has been a marketing consultant for 20 years, with
her own ad and PR agency - Global Impact - for more than 17 years.
As a creative talent, she's won numerous regional, national and
international awards, with clients like: American Express, Alamo
Rent A Car, Clientele and Banana Boat.
She's produced and hosted an interview
talk show in Miami: “Artists
About Themselves.” And has written articles for national
trade journals and reference publications including the Encyclopedia
of Advertising.
Margo is also a corporate trainer, conducting
seminars in many areas like: Creative
Problem Solving, Mental Peanut Butter®,
Create Great Ads at Breakneck Speed, How to Write Killer Copy,
Powerful PR, and Soaring Not Just Flying.
She has trained industry professionals in these and other corporations
and associations: Knight Ridder, Association for Women in Communications,
Bank Marketing Association, Society for New Design and American
Press Institute.
In addition, she's an Associate Professor at Florida International
University (F.I.U.) and teaches creative courses in advertising
and public relations.

Margo's unique system of learning is so innovative,
it received a patent (U.S. Patent No. 5,927,987).
In addition, she has created the training

also co-authored three books on spirituality: The
Power Within, Lessons From Nature and Course
in Transformation. She just
completed the book: Street-Smart Advertising
- How To Win the Battle of the Buzz™ - was released
in the fall of 2006. Margo's now working on her next book,
Collaborative Copy and Design: Strategic
Visual & Verbal
Solutions.
She has been honored with many personal awards
including: the Outstanding Community Service Award from Child
Hope, Chapter Headliner of the Year and National student Chapter
Advisor from the Association of Women in Communications.
In addition, she has received Outstanding Teaching
Awards from the university and the state. She was recently named
the 2001 Woman of the Year in Communications Education. She was
named a 2005 Kauffman Faculty Scholar.
